Partner Profiles
ANTHONY D. PROVANZANO, CPA graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in Accounting in 1972. Throughout his 30 years of experience, he has worked at international, national, and regional firms, as well as private industry. He concentrates on closely-held businesses and focuses his attention on the accounting and tax needs of our clients, including financial statement preparation and analysis and loan procurement.
PAUL MARCHESIANI, CPA, MST is our tax partner. He is primarily responsible for the tax needs of our clients. He has a Master of Science in Taxation, and specializes in the taxation of closely held businesses and their owners, as well as high wealth individuals. He has a broad range of experience that includes individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation. He also has extensive experience with computers and small business accounting systems and is able to assist in these needs as they arise.
ABE J. NASSAR, CPA is a former partner of KPMG, LLP who focuses on providing consultation on financial, tax and business advisory matters to closely-held, middle-market clients and employee benefit plans. He has over 40 years of experience working as a CPA in these areas.
JOHN MITCHELL, CPA has been helping businesses and their owners achieve their financial goals for over 25 years. His clients include closely-held firms in the distribution, manufacturing, finance, construction and medical industries. John is well versed in generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards as well as federal and state income taxes. John holds a B.S. in accounting from Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accounts. John and his wife Allison reside in Groveland, Massachusetts with their four boys.
